Well situated near entrance to Siena. Extremely comfortable room and excellent service from all staff. Delicious breakfast eaten outdoors with the magnificent view. What more could one ask for?

This was a wonderful hotel. We will definitely be back. The room was beautiful with a spectacular view of the Tuscan countryside. Lorenzo and John were so helpful with tips for our visit and were always available to answer our questions. The breakfast was very nice. We were within a 10 minute walk of the city walls, with a bus stop at the end of the driveway. For us, this was perfect since we had a car. We loved this hotel and will definitely be back for a longer stay.
This was one of my favorite accommodations during my time in Italy. The location Is out of the city centre, but it’s an easy walk or bus ride (I did both). The view from the terrace and my room was amazing. Because you aren’t out of the city centre it’s very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was the best included breakfast I had during my three weeks and you can take it on the terrace! Single room was big enough and everything was clean. Staff was friendly.
The view of the room and the hotel in general was great! We took lovely pictures there. It was perfect to come back from walking in Siena or visiting Toscana and relax drinking wine that they offered while enjoying the view. Bedroom was spacious. Personnel was really helpful in explaining which roads to take when to get a better view and which towns we could visit
Our family of 3 just returned home from a holiday in Tuscany. We stayed 4 nights at Palazzo di Valli and had a wonderful experience there. Lorenzo, Giacomo and the other staff are simply the nicest, most helpful people you could ever meet! The hotel is in a very nice quiet location about a 10 minute walk to the walls/entry of Siena. We sat outside on the large “patio” many times to eat the very good breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine and the views in the evenings. If you are fine to walk the short distance into Siena, this is a great choice for a hotel. We would certainly stay here again.
It’s a fabulous little hotel. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is an ancient villa and it has a beautiful garden with a wonderful view over Siena and the tuscan landscape.

Continue on State Road 715 Siena-Bettolle / State Road 73 Senese Aretina. Drive towards SR2 once in Siena. Continue towards Siena / Strada Statale 73 Aretina until you reach the first roundabout, continue straight on State Road Senese Aretina 73, at the second roundabout take the 3rd exit for Via Aretina; After 2.1 Km turn left for Via Girolamo Gigli. Continue for 1.2 Km. At the traffic lights, turn right to take Via Piccolomini. Hotel Palazzo di Valli will be on the right, easily visible and marked by flags and signs.
Take the A51 Motorway from Via Alessandro Manzoni, Via Palestro, Viale Regina Giovanna, SPexSS11 / SP11 … and Viale Enrico Forlanini.
Take A1 or A1 var – Variante di Valico, A1 / E35 and the Motorway Interchange Firenze-Siena towards Siena to reach Strada di Sant’Apollinare. Leave SS674 and exit at Siena Sud. Follow Str. Massetana Romana towards SR2 in Siena. Continue towards Porta Romana up to the traffic lights. At the Traffic Lights, turn left onto SR2 Regional Road for 1.5 Km until Via Piccolomini 135.
